Can I shoot food reels on a phone?
Yes. Most of these 12 steps are about light, timing and movement, not gear. A recent phone with one big window or soft light beside the table gets you most of the way.
What is the best light for food videos?
One large, soft light from the side or slightly behind the dish, with the room's overhead lights off and a white card opposite to fill the shadows.
How long should a restaurant reel be?
Long enough to show the dish and the offer, usually 7 to 20 seconds. What matters most is the first 2 seconds: open on the sizzle, pour or cheese pull.
